Analogue, Me & ADHD
Can you believe that the summer is nearly over? As we head into autumn, I wanted to create something that would allow me to continue the recent conversations I've been having and something I've been thinking a lot about, for quite some time.
Let me introduce... the Analogue, Me & ADHD Podcast.
Here's a short transcription of the pilot episode:
"I'm Rachel Brewster-Wright, analogue photographer, darkroom educator and late-diagnosed mother with ADHD.
I'm passionate about sharing ways to improve our mental health through the use of offline and analogue processes, as well as helping other to do the same.
Each episode I'll be talking to guests and experts about the impact of embracing a more analogue life, supporting those with ADHD and exploring the links between the two."
If you're interested in hearing more, keep your eyes (and ears!) peeled ready for the first full episode which I'll be releasing soon,
